Saturn, Alexander is no stranger to unique beat selections. Her latest offering, “Go, Prophet,” is no exception as she makes the best of two beats in one, produced by B. The Architect.
The first half of the single utilizes a bouncy, uptempo beat as Saturn gets off her vexations with other rappers, beginning by rapping “I think most of y’all are narcissist and not artists.” She’s showcased a knack for finding pockets in beats like she did on her ’17 project Truth Is, I’m Always Annoyed, and does so once again here without missing a step.
After a short intermission in the middle of the song, the beat switches to a slower tempo, while Saturn keeps her foot on the gas - and necks.
