The Creek Boyz, originating in “Cross Creek 1-11,” have taken their hit single “With My Team” from Baltimore County to nationwide stardom. The new-aged “Trap Choir” has crafted a rallying cry of brotherhood, singing in harmony of their struggles and persistence to overcome their circumstances. From the last track on a mixtape, to a viral Instagram clip, to a video with a million streams, the progression has been steady, but quick.
Recently, Zhané Ashanti got the chance to sit talk with some of the Creek Boyz, their manager, and even Str8drop PJ, who hosted the mixtape that catapulted everything. Watch the video interview below.
