Philly’s Kur Releases His Anticipated ‘180’ Mixtape

"Sorry that the tape was taking long/ Had bitches naked in my arms/ Shoulda been working on my songs"

Last October, Philly native Kur released his ‘Have Not’ EP. The 8-track offering featured cuts like the Coop assisted “Need My Shot” and “Razor,” where he and Chynna trade verses for one of the projects standout tracks. However, it’s been since 2015 that the Uptown rapper, once cosigned by fellow Philadelphian Meek Mill, has delivered a full body of work. Fans can now breathe a sigh of relief as he delivers the follow up to his 2015 Finally Happened. Known for his fast-paced delivery, he took his time crafting the 11-track project showing he’s capable of continuing to show promise. Features from Coop and Chynna again as well as Cassie Veggie Veggies and Eline The MC round out the project well. Producer Maaly Raw has been known to help craft some of Kur’s biggest songs to date, like his 2016 “Uptop! Uptop!.” The duo connect again here – not once, but multiple times, like on “Keep My Cool” and “Come Back.” Listen to 180 below.
