LULBIGBROTHER Collabs With Fellow D.C. Native Innanet James For “Break It Up” Remix

LULBIGBROTHER’s “Break It Up” broke out throughout the DMV, including his hometown of D.C., in 2016. Innanet James also made strides as a breakout artist with his debut EP “Quebec Place.” Therefore, it’s only right that the two D.C. natives collaborated for the remix to “Break It Up.”

“If you break down my verse you’ll hear simple phrases and words that only people from the DMV will catch and people who aren’t from here will hear it and ask, ‘hey what does moe mean’ or ‘what is a half and half’ thus spark an interest in them to find out,” LULBIGBROTHER told XXL, which premiered the track exclusively yesterday.

Both artists have announced plans to release projects soon, with James announcing plans of releasing a short project titled “Keep it Clean” and LULBIGBROTHER’S “2009” set to release early this year as well. Stay tuned for projects from both artists and stream the remix to “Break it Up” below.
